Job summary

Oak View Group in Corpus Christi is seeking an Event Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of the venue for guests, patrons and staff. The role involves routine cleaning, mopping floors, trash removal, dusting, and keeping event spaces and common areas neat and hazard-free.

This part-time position requires friendly communication with guests and colleagues, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean facility and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Ensure venue is ready and presentable for events.
• Communicate politely with guests and colleagues.
