Curate Group is expanding Lumos Experiences, delivering candlelit concerts in dynamic venues around Washington DC. The Event Operations Manager will own planning, execution, and post-event reviews across multiple shows, ensuring safety, consistency, and on-brand delivery.

The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic process development. Ideal candidates bring proven event operations experience, strong team leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event operations, production or management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high standards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of shows across the Washington DC region.
• Maintain a detailed venue catalogue with layouts, access and contact information.
• Lead weekend recruitment, onboarding and training for Event Managers and Assistants.
