Job summary

Legends Global Knoxville is seeking part-time Operations Crew to support event logistics at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum. You will assist with conversions, setup/breakdown, and general cleaning and maintenance to prepare venues for events.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, along with strong teamwork and reliable communication. Prior experience with light construction tools or facilities operations is a plus, and safety procedures must be

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift, scissor lift or other heavy machinery preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with Requisition Conversions for events.
• Sets up and breaks down stages, seating, tables, ramps, etc.
• Assists with fixing seats, ground clean up, snow removal, etc.
• Performs cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety precautions and emergency procedures established at the facility.
• Reports any safety and damage concerns to the Supervisor and Manager.
