Job summary

The Rock-It Company’s Rock-it Cargo division in Los Angeles is seeking a Warehouse Agent to join our fast-paced logistics team. You will receive and process shipments, handle packing and barcoding, and operate warehouse equipment, with after-hours support as needed.

This role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. We offer comprehensive benefits and 18 vacation days plus holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs. and wear protective gear.
• Must possess valid identification and be able to pass a security background check.
• Experience with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Packing, wrapping, labeling and shipping orders.
• Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in warehouse.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks/ocean containers.
• Building and breaking down skids/airline pallets.
• Maintain shipping and receiving logs.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.
