Rock-It Company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Border Services Agent to handle cross-border customs transactions for US-Canada moves. This full-time role supports live event logistics, with weekend/on-call shifts and overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in logistics or customs brokerage, strong numerical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate ACE and ACI systems to ensure accurate entries and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in logistics, transportation, or customs brokerage preferred.
• Strong math, written communication, and data-entry skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in customs documentation.
• Professional communication with customers, drivers, brokers, and teams.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, truckers, brokers to prepare and file accurate customs entries.
• Assist with air and ocean imports into Canada.
• Audit and approve US and Canadian customs entries.
• Maintain bonds and assist with ACE/ACI filings.
• Bill customers accurately and monitor border transactions.
• Troubleshoot ACE/ACI issues and educate others on procedures.
