Job summary

AEG seeks a Guest Services Supervisor I for Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater and LA LIVE events. Lead Guest Services Representatives, ensure high guest satisfaction, and build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and building staff.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching, handling escalations, and maintaining compliance with policies and ADA guidelines. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Available to work at least five events per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Strong teamwork etiquette and relationship-building skills.
• Able and willing to adapt to changes in nightly assignment.
• Able to maintain Guest, Team Member and Company confidentiality.
• Able to move about throughout a shift, stand or remain in a stationary position for multiple hours, and lift or move up to 30 lbs.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Evenings, weekends, holidays, as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assign Team Member deployments and monitor appropriate rest/meal breaks.
• Monitor and document Team Member tardiness and administer disciplinary documentation.
• Resolve ticketing issues and assist guests with directional and informational inquiries.
• Provide coaching to Team Members on performance using the Situation, Impact and Alternative guidelines.
• Escalate and communicate Team Member issues to Guest Services Management.
• Submit approved Incident Reports and frequent Event Recap Reports.
• Promote ENCORE|LA by advocating its core principles and values.
• Promote safety trainings including IIPP trainings.
• Complete monthly Security Mentor lessons and HR Harassment training.
• Submit Work Orders according to venue operational needs.
