Job summary

AEG is seeking an Event Security Officer I for Crypto.com Arena/Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, CA. The role supports safety for guests, staff and assets with a focus on policy enforcement, guest assistance, and incident response.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of related security experience, and strong communication skills. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required; CPR/First Aid are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, staff and supervisors.
• Capacity to stay calm and professional in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Enforce venue Event Policies and assist with visitor management and credential checks.
• Provide directions and information to guests; respond to incidents promptly.
• Conduct regular patrols and communicate via radios during events and non-events.
• Memorize and relay relevant information to team during emergencies and incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest, staff and company information.
