Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor I to lead Guest Services Team Members at Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, and L.A. LIVE events in Los Angeles. You will ensure top‑notch guest service and coordinate with building personnel, guests, visitors and vendors.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle busy event schedules, with afternoon/evening shifts and adherence to California labor standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Guest Services Team Members at Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, and L.A. LIVE events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Monitor breaks, equipment, and conduct; coach team members as needed.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and union contract.
