Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor I for Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater and L.A. LIVE events in Los Angeles, CA. You will supervise a Guest Services team, ensure high guest satisfaction, and coordinate with venue staff and vendors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and deployment of team members.

• Resolve guest issues and escalations; ensure accessibility compliance.
• Submit incident and event recap reports; maintain safety practices.
