Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on monitoring, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and general facility upkeep to support a busy venue.

You will record labor and parts, perform repairs across building systems, and complete preventive maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a strong general mechanical ability.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements, knowledge of security and safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.
• General building maintenance repair including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures.
• Timely completion of reactive and preventive maintenance work orders.
• Perform duties in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and willingness to learn on the job.
