Job summary

Legends Global seeks an experienced Facility Manager to provide operational oversight for repair and maintenance activities across multiple trades and building systems at a major Columbus venue. Qualifications

• Minimum five years in operation of a large public assembly, hotel, or similar facility.
• Experience in supervising or facility management leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of building, equipment operations, maintenance, and project management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for frequent interactions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise, train, and manage performance across departments.
• Oversee major facility services contracts (HVAC, elevators, landscaping).
• Develop staff to maintain technical competency and safety standards.
• Schedule staff, monitor labor, and prepare payroll reports.
• Oversee utility procurement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Obtain quotes and manage procurement for maintenance needs.
• Ensure records are current in CMMS and energy management system.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and projects.
