Legends Global Reliant Park seeks a Part-Time Command Staff member to support event operations in Houston, Texas. You will monitor incident management systems, dispatch personnel, answer calls, and coordinate with departments to meet client needs during large-scale events.

Under supervision, you will represent the Command Post, liaise with teams, and help deliver world-class guest experiences while maintaining safety and compliance during concerts, sports events, and family shows.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced events.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Legends Global Reliant Park in the Command Post during large-scale events.
• Enter, dispatch and close incidents using 24/7 incident management software.
• Monitor radio and phone lines, directing staff to appropriate departments.
• Maintain real-time communication with multiple departments during events.
• Support emergency responses and help ensure a safe, guest-focused environment.
