Job summary

Legends Global operates Capital One Hall in Fairfax County, Virginia, and seeks a reliable Box Office Associate to deliver friendly in-person ticket sales and guest service for performances.

You will handle Will-Call, assist guests with pricing, seating and parking questions, and balance a cash drawer. Prior Ticketmaster experience is preferred; be prepared for evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months experience with customer service and cash handling.
• Previous experience in a similar type entertainment venue.
• Ticketmaster experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance
• Responsible for in-person ticket sales using Ticketmaster for the performance hall and black box
• Handles Will-Call according to procedures
• Efficiently and courteously answer questions concerning event availability, pricing, seat selection, scheduling and parking
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
• Utilize and balance a cash drawer with various tender types
• Able to work independently and handle most questions without assistance
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Box Office Manager
