Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar capacity is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to product inventory.

Responsibilities

• Stock products for the bar, including beverages and icing wells.
• Sweep and mop the bar area.
• Move kegs and tap kegs.
• Draft beer and pour wine for guest orders; restock supplies for bartenders.
• Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation; manage trash and closets.
• Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and alert bartenders.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; meet attendance expectations.
