Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Production Technician to manage audio, lighting, and video for the Event Center, Event Lawn, Hard Rock Cafe, and casino floor. Under the AV Manager, you will prepare systems, operate during live events, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot.

The role requires knowledge of lighting gear, control systems, and strong computer literacy. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and 2 years as a production tech, with ability to lift

Qualifications

High School Diploma or trade school certificate and 2+ years as a production technician.
Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
Ability to read and interpret stage plots, wiring diagrams, and technical notes.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio, lighting, and video equipment during live events.

Responsibilities

Prepare audio, lighting, and video systems for live events from setup to tear down.
Maintain and repair consoles, speakers, lighting, cables, and video equipment.
Perform installation and troubleshooting tasks using diagnostic tools.
Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
