Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV sales, sales support, or project management within live events, staging, or production.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Partner with the Sales and Business Development teams on client calls, confidently presenting technical solutions, proposals, and financial models.
• Technical Design & Visuals: Brainstorm visual concepts with clients and bring them to life using Vectorworks (2D/3D modeling).
• Proposal & Solution Development: Develop technical proposals tailored to client objectives, address technical questions and objections, and adapt solutions as project requirements evolve.
• Cross-Functional Handoff: Provide design, power, and labor guidance to Project Managers to support seamless project execution.
• Accountability: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and, when applicable, manage select sales opportunities end-to-end.
• This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, based in our Tempe, Arizona office.
