Job summary

St Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks an AV Technician & Marketing Coordinator to support audiovisual operations, live events, and day-to-day marketing. You will work under the Director of Administration & Technology and collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure polished communications for members and staff.

The role combines hands-on AV support with content creation and multimedia asset management, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as Club events require.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment for meetings and events.
• Ability to capture photo/video content and support multimedia projects.
• Working knowledge of computers, connectivity, and basic IT coordination with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, test, troubleshoot, and break down AV equipment for meetings, events, and weddings.
• Provide AV and event technology support across Club venues and spaces to ensure event-readiness.
• Coordinate audiovisual needs with departments and event teams.
• Support live presentations, livestreaming, and hybrid meetings.
• Deliver professional AV experiences for members, guests, and staff.
• Manage televisions, digital signage, presentation systems, and related multimedia.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, coordinate repairs as needed.
• Assist with marketing materials and multimedia assets for club communications.
