Job summary

ST ANDREWS COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC is seeking an AV Technician & Marketing Coordinator to support audiovisual operations, live events, and day-to-day marketing across the Club. The role combines technical event support with creative production, delivering polished experiences for members and staff.

Responsibilities include on-site AV support, photo/video capture, digital and print materials, and asset management, with collaboration across departments and with the outsourced

Qualifications

• Experience setting up audiovisual equipment for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, test, troubleshoot, and break down AV equipment for meetings, tournaments, and events.
• Provide on-site AV support across Club venues and spaces.
• Coordinate AV requirements with departments to ensure event-ready systems.
• Support livestreaming, video playback, and hybrid meeting setups.
• Manage TVs, digital signage, presentation systems, and related equipment.
• Maintain AV gear and inventory; arrange repairs as needed.
• Assist with coordination of outside AV vendors and partners when directed.
• Collaborate with Catering, Events, Golf, Racquets, Fitness, Communications and other departments to ensure successful events.
