Job summary

Encore Boca Raton is seeking a seasonal, full-time Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic AV systems in a hospitality setting. The role includes benefits, overtime, and hands-on training with an anticipated end date in May 2027.

Responsibilities include flawless equipment operation, excellent customer service, and timely problem-solving. Candidates should have AV experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of AV experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and break down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete accurate system entries, equipment sheets, and invoicing with other staff.
