Job summary

Meter is seeking a Technician Operations professional to own the live technical execution of enterprise network deployments. You will partner with field technicians in real time to troubleshoot issues as they occur and build systems that streamline installations.

In this role, you will be the technical escalation point, ensure on-time completions, and raise quality standards while reducing rework. The position offers multiple shift options and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable owning technical decisions during live deployments.
• Experience solving complex networking issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on the live install thread, coordinating with technicians and routing issues appropriately.
• Real-time troubleshooting of deployment issues, including VLANs, IP routing, and firewall concerns.
• Own final technical gate before go-live: verify hardware, NOS, and network readiness.
