Job summary

The Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter seek a Live Content Specialist to be the primary voice on social and digital platforms, delivering content that reflects Rip City culture and engages fans in real time.

You will create captions, gather photos and video, and coordinate with Retail, Community Programs, and Social Impact. Lead Gen Z influencer strategies across TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms while attending games and events.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in social, marketing, communications or related field.
Ability to embody and deliver the Trail Blazers’ voice and tone across digital platforms.
Proven fan and community engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a voice of the Trail Blazers on social media, reflecting brand values and Rip City culture.
Create captions and content to drive interaction and audience participation.
Gather photos, videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage for real-time coverage.
Publish content on the Trail Blazers website and coordinate with internal departments.
Lead Gen Z and influencer strategies across social channels.
