Job summary

The Utah Jazz is seeking a Senior Digital Content Producer to lead day-to-day video content across our digital and social channels, from game nights to major events. You will produce, capture and edit content to grow the Jazz brand for a global NBA audience.

You will manage the digital content team, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to plan a calendar, set KPIs, and deliver quick-turn social edits while pursuing innovative long-form projects.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of previous video work required.
• Minimum 5 years in video production for digital and social media.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Media, Communications or equivalent.
• Experience with full-frame or cinema cameras (Sony, RED, ARRI).
• Advanced editing skills for mobile and desktop, quick-turn, vertical video.
• Excellent planning and communication; strong social media knowledge.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day digital video content production across Jazz channels.
• Lead videography for home games and select away games.
• Manage and mentor the digital content team.
• Lead video content organization and editing assignments for Jazz games.
• Deliver quick-turn video edits for social media after Jazz games.
• Enhance branded content with new edits or concepts for partnerships.
• Create and execute a video content calendar with senior leadership and social media manager.
• Set goals for the video team with social KPIs and business objectives.
• Stay up to date with trends across Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Champion own content ideas and collaborate on large-scale video projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
