Job summary

Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter seeks a Guest Experience Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team during Trail Blazers home games, concerts, and events. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our service standards.

You will handle guest feedback, collaborate with events teams, and foster a diverse, inclusive environment while delivering memorable experiences evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest or event-facing roles with emphasis on service standards.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience team to deliver exceptional guest service for all Rose Quarter events.
• Design and oversee monthly event staffing schedules.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to meet service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly by phone and email; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Events Department to ensure seamless staffing across events.
