Lux Decor Collection, Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a Live Commerce Manager (Head of Live Selling) to build and lead our live selling operation. You will oversee studio setup, host staff, show planning, promotions, and performance across TikTok Shop LIVE and Whatnot.

The role requires 3+ years in live commerce, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to growing a new channel. On-site work in Sugar Land, TX with a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in live commerce or livestream shopping
• Experience with TikTok Shop LIVE, Whatnot, eBay Live, Amazon Live, QVC/HSN or similar platforms
• Proven results in live commerce (sales/GMV/conversion/audience growth)
• Experience hiring, training, or managing live hosts or production staff

About Lux Decor Collection

Lux Decor Collection is a growing home textiles and decor company based in Sugar Land, Texas, selling across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other major online marketplaces.

We own our brands, inventory, and warehouse operations. We are now building live commerce as a major sales channel and are looking for an experienced leader to build and manage the department.

About the Role

We are looking for a Live Commerce Manager (Head of Live Selling) to build and lead our live selling operation.

You will oversee the entire channel, including studio setup, hiring and training hosts, show planning, promotions, production, and performance.

Our primary platforms are TikTok Shop LIVE and Whatnot, including live auctions, with plans to expand to additional live selling platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead our live commerce department from the ground up
• Set up and manage our live selling studio
• Hire, train, coach, and manage live hosts and production staff
• Plan and run TikTok Shop LIVE and Whatnot shows
• Develop promotions, bundles, flash sales, giveaways, and auction strategies
• Select products and pricing strategies for live shows
• Drive sales, conversion, viewer engagement, and profitability
• Analyze show performance and continuously improve results
• Work with our marketing, e-commerce, and warehouse teams to support live selling
• Ensure live selling activities follow platform policies

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in live commerce, livestream shopping, live selling, or a related field
• Experience with TikTok Shop LIVE, Whatnot, eBay Live, Amazon Live, QVC/HSN, or similar platforms
• Proven results in live commerce, including sales, GMV, conversion, or audience growth
• Experience hiring, training, or managing live hosts or production staff
• Knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, OBS, or similar livestream tools
• Strong understanding of live selling, promotions, and merchandising
• Ability to use performance data to improve sales and show results
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be able to work on-site in Sugar Land, TX

Preferred

• TikTok Shop LIVE or Whatnot experience
• Home goods, bedding, apparel, or consumer product experience
• Live auction experience
• Creator or affiliate marketing experience

Compensation & Opportunity

• $80,000–$90,000 base salary
