Job summary

Codingal is seeking passionate Coding teachers to inspire K-12 students with AI & coding through our online platform. You will teach live classes, make lessons engaging, and adapt to different ages and skill levels.

Ideal candidates have CS/IT/CA degrees, strong programming fundamentals, excellent English, and a reliable home setup. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and regular feedback from parents and the Codingal team.

Qualifications

Graduate in CS / IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent).
Strong programming fundamentals - comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.).
Excellent English communication - clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
Reliable setup - laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (10 Mbps).

Responsibilities

Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate.
Engage with parents - conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns
Grow as an educator - participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates
