Job summary

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is seeking a Production Engineer in Fort Worth, TX to support daily live shows and events. You will work with the production team to install, repair and maintain broadcast equipment, and help improve workflows with IT and facilities teams.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in digital or broadcast/TV production.
  • Experience with broadcast engineering capacity and live production environments.
  • Familiar with computer networking infrastructure and PC operating systems.
  • Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and repair broadcast production equipment.
  • Apply preventative maintenance on production technical equipment.
  • Analyze workflows to streamline with new hardware, software or automation.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement new computer systems and software bundles.
  • Train staff on new technologies and lead technical support.
  • Minimize service interruptions by rapid fault identification and fixes.
  • Build quotes for equipment and studio upgrades; maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ensure studio space remains safe.
