Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team. You will work with the production staff to support daily live shows, virtual events, and pre-produced content, ensuring smooth technical operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in digital or broadcast production.
• Experience with live TV broadcast setups and streaming protocols is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and independence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair broadcast production equipment.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline with hardware, software, or automation.
• Collaborate with IT to implement new systems and software bundles.
• Train staff on new technologies and serve as lead for production tech.
• Manage quotes for equipment and studio upgrades; coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure minimal service interruptions and support during live shows.
