TRITECH Communications is seeking an experienced AV lead to supervise daily live production and manage broadcast operations across multiple offices in the New York area. The role requires hands-on control of audio, video, and conferencing systems to ensure seamless events and high-quality content.

You will maintain Crestron, Dante, Tricaster, Ross, and Pro Tools workflows, lead live event support, and drive multimedia content creation from planning through post-production.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily live production operations for broadcasting teams.
• Maintain AV and network infrastructure to ensure performance.
• Lead diagnostic testing and system maintenance for conferencing setups.
• Set up, operate and manage audio for in-house events.
• Manage audio recording across pre-prod, live, and post-event sessions.

Responsabilités

• Lead broadcasting team, overseeing daily live production operations.
• Maintain AV and network infrastructure to ensure seamless production performance.
• Perform diagnostic testing and system maintenance for Crestron videoconferencing and meeting room setups across multiple corporate offices.
• Set up, operate, and manage audio equipment for in-house events
• Manage audio recording equipment throughout pre-production, live recording, and post-event breakdown, ensuring reliable capture and high-quality sound for all sessions.
