Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience in collections, process management, or financial services operations.
• Experience supporting litigation processes and/or serving as a witness, with strong attention to detail for accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and de-escalate issues in a professional manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting complex information and drawing logical conclusions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain objectivity in high-stakes settings.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours to meet business needs and real-time disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize materials required for litigation appearances and testimony.
• Partner with business stakeholders and internal/external legal teams to define responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Represent Chase in remote and in-person litigation proceedings, delivering clear, concise, and accurate testimony.
• Apply technical and functional knowledge to make independent decisions and recommendations with minimal oversight.
• Escalate case issues, risks, and blockers to management and legal partners in a timely manner.
• Follow the department's risk and control expectations, including documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Identify and escalation system or process issues and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on applicable Chase procedures and processes used to support testimony.
• Coordinate personal travel for in-person appearances and comply with travel and expense policies.
