Job summary

Ice Miller LLP in Philadelphia is seeking a Litigation & Practice Support Analyst to enable attorneys with advanced eDiscovery tools and workflows for daily litigation needs.

You will manage data collection, processing, analytics, and production; provide training and technical support to attorneys and staff; assist with courtroom technology during hearings; and stay current with evolving litigation support technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, TrialDirector Administrator or similar preferred.
• Relativity and TrialDirector experience strongly preferred.
• Law firm or legal department experience is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply eDiscovery best practices across the litigation lifecycle.
• Use analytics and TAR tools to improve document review efficiency.
• Manage collection and processing of data from devices and platforms.
• Oversee backend eDiscovery processing, analytics, and production.
• Build and manage databases for review and production.
• Set up and manage document review projects with defensibility.
