Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a Litigation & Practice Support Analyst to support day-to-day litigation technology across cases and projects. You will apply eDiscovery best practices, analytics, and technology-assisted review to improve document handling, collection, processing, and production.

The role collaborates with attorneys and staff, providing technical training and support to ensure effective use of litigation tools and workflows. Travel may be required for client meetings and hearings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, TrialDirector Administrator or similar preferred.
• Experience with Relativity and TrialDirector strongly preferred.
• Law firm or legal department experience a plus.
• Availability to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of legal and business professionals.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and client service skills.
• Must be able to perform all essential job duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Apply eDiscovery best practices through the litigation lifecycle.
• Use analytics and TAR tools to improve document review efficiency.
• Manage collection and processing of data types (mobile, messaging, Office).
• Oversee processing, analytics, and production with internal/external vendors.
• Build and manage databases for document review and production.
• Set up and manage document review projects with defensibility in mind.
• Process and create electronic productions for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Maintain data integrity during processing and formatting.
