Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a Litigation and Practice Support Analyst to back the firm’s day-to-day eDiscovery and litigation technology needs. The role focuses on collecting, organizing, analyzing, and producing documents and data throughout discovery, while collaborating with attorneys and staff to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of eDiscovery experience, familiarity with Relativity and TrialDirector, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, TrialDirector Administrator, or similar preferred.
• Experience with Relativity and TrialDirector strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply a thorough understanding of eDiscovery best practices across the litigation lifecycle.
• Utilize analytics and technology-assisted review tools to enhance document review efficiency.
• Manage collection and processing of data types including mobile devices and messaging platforms.
• Oversee backend eDiscovery processes including processing, analytics, and production, in-house or via vendors.
• Build and manage electronic databases for document review and production.
• Set up and manage document review projects ensuring defensibility and compliance.
• Prepare electronic productions for litigation and regulatory matters; maintain data integrity.
• Provide training and support on litigation tools and workflows to attorneys and staff.
