Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a Litigation & Practice Support Analyst to support daily litigation technology across cases and projects. The role uses eDiscovery best practices to collect, organize, analyze and produce materials for discovery, collaborating with attorneys and staff to ensure effective use of tools and workflows.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in eDiscovery or litigation support, with Relativity and TrialDirector experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, TrialDirector Administrator preferred.
• Experience with Relativity and TrialDirector strongly preferred.
• Law firm or legal department experience a plus.
• Availability to work extended hours as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day litigation technology needs for assigned cases.
• Apply eDiscovery best practices through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Utilize analytics and analytics-driven review tools to improve efficiency.
• Manage collection and processing of data from various sources.
• Oversee backend eDiscovery processing, analytics, and production.
• Build and manage electronic databases for review and production.
• Set up, manage and document review projects with defensibility.
• Provide training and support to attorneys and staff on workloads and tools.
• Assist in trial exhibits, presentations, and courtroom technology setup.
• Stay current with developments in litigation support technology.
