Qualifications

• Manage 40-60 caseload with high client and leadership ratings.
• Navigate multiple computer programs and software with ease.
• Demonstrate urgency and prioritize urgent vs important tasks.
• Show empathy and strong attention to detail in client interactions.
• Maintain organized, thorough, and precise notes throughout matters.

Responsibilities

• Request and review billing and medical record affidavits for accuracy.
• Schedule mediation, depositions, and trial milestones.
• E-file legal documents with proper procedures.
• Perform data entry and maintain case records.
• Draft, review, and mail form letters.
• Create discovery response templates in Microsoft Word.
