Daniel Stark LLP is seeking a personal injury paralegal to support a busy plaintiff practice in Texas. You will interact with clients, draft documents, and assist attorneys with calendars and deadlines, while embodying our core values and pursuing professional growth.

You will work closely with a team lead to understand clients' stories and advocate for their rights, aiming to alleviate their fears and secure informed outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling premises liability, dog attack, or workplace injury cases.
• Personal injury experience.
• Sense of urgency and ability to distinguish urgent vs important tasks.
• Empathy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take thorough, organized notes and navigate multiple software programs.
• Tenacity and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
• Foster productive relationships with clients and the attorney.
• Manage a docket of 40-45 cases with high client satisfaction.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and demands under a lawyer’s supervision.
