The role emphasizes client empathy, thorough note-taking, and strong organization across multiple software platforms. You will gain guidance from a paralegal team lead and have opportunities for professional growth within a dedicated team focused on personal injury

Qualifications

• Manage a caseload of 40–60 cases with high client and leadership expectations.
• Navigate multiple software programs and tools with ease.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in handling tasks and deadlines.
• Effectively distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
• Show empathy toward clients and understand the impact of injuries.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all work products.
• Take thorough, organized notes and maintain comprehensive records.
• Show tenacity in pursuing favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Review billing and medical record affidavits for accuracy.
• Schedule mediation, depositions, and trial milestones.
• Handle e-filing and data entry tasks.
• Draft, review, and mail discovery-related letters.
• Create templates for responses to discovery in Microsoft Word.
