Qualifications

• Experience handling premises liability, dog attack, or workplace injury cases.
• Personal injury experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to identify urgent vs important tasks with urgency and care.
• Empathy and detailed, organized note-taking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
• Foster productive relationships with clients and the attorney.
• Manage a docket of 40-45 cases with high client satisfaction.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and demands under a lawyer's supervision.
