Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of civil litigation experience in California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage court filings, deadlines, and procedural steps for complex matters.
• Coordinate case calendars and deadlines across multiple matters.
• Support discovery efforts including document production and deposition logistics.
• Assist with trial preparation and coordination of witnesses and exhibits.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. You will serve as the operational backbone of complex litigation matters, managing court filings, coordinating case deadlines, supporting discovery efforts, and assisting with trial preparation.
