Responsibilities
Manage and monitor court dockets for counties across California to track hearings, deadlines, and trial settings.
Schedule and confirm attorney appearances for all hearings and depositions, ensuring accuracy and full coverage.
Work with third-party legal vendors essential to litigation and legal operations.
Confirm hearings and depositions are proceeding as scheduled and accurately document continuances.
Track cases approaching trial and maintain accurate scheduling records.
Work directly with the firm’s partner and senior counsel attorneys daily.
Provide high-volume legal administrative and scheduling support within a litigation environment.
