Qualifications

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end investigations into contested delivery partner enforcement actions.
Develop disposition recommendations for active litigation and arbitration matters.
Serve as a subject matter witness in arbitration hearings, tribunals, and regulatory inquiries.
Collaborate with internal legal teams and outside counsel on case strategy and timelines.
Monitor and manage caseload with deadlines and SLAs.
Identify emerging litigation trends and systemic risks across jurisdictions.
Provide feedback to enforcement program owners to address root causes of disputes.
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and process optimization.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate responses.
