Responsibilities

  • Perform complex legal research for trial staff.
  • Assist in preparing draft legal documents (motions, briefs, memoranda).
  • Assist in drafting program decisions and supporting materials.
  • Review documents for relevance and privilege.
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
