Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressively responsible litigation support experience.
• Familiar with federal/state court systems and legal research resources.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex legal research under supervision or as project lead.
• Prepare draft legal documents such as motions and briefs.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation.
• Interface with trial attorneys, experts, and client staff.
• Demonstrate ability to discern relevant issues in complex fact patterns.
