Job summary

Greenberg Traurig seeks a Marketing Team Practice Development Coordinator in its New York City office to support the global litigation practice marketing team with business development and marketing activities. You will collaborate across regions, draft proposals, manage practice area descriptions, and help organize events and materials.

The role reports to the Senior Practice Development Manager and requires in-office presence at least three days a week in NYC, with a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing or business development experience.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of the global litigation practice marketing team.
• Assists with proposal requests, RFPs, and preparing drafts and biographies.
• Maintains practice descriptions, experience databases, and client lists.
• Gathers information for directories and rankings (Chambers USA, Legal 500, Benchmark).
• Coordinates practice group calls and tracks action items from discussions.
• Ensures information flow from attorneys to marketing on bios, updates, and press.
• Assists events and marketing material production and on-site logistics.
• Enters data into marketing databases and supports research projects.
