Greenberg Traurig, LLP, invites applications for a Senior Practice Development Coordinator in Atlanta to support the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation and Products Liability & Mass Torts Practice Groups. Based in our Atlanta office, the role requires in‑office presence four days a week and reports to the Senior Practice Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in marketing or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drafts, edits and distributes marketing materials and internal communications.
• Supports submissions for directories and awards (Chambers USA, Legal 500, etc.).
• Collaborates with practice group managers on proposals and RFPs.
• Assists in drafting pitches and proposals; ensures timely delivery of materials.
• Maintains records of the group’s experience in firm databases and coordinates events.
