Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including IP, civil litigation, trade secrets, business torts, and governance.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service at all times.
• Keep up to date with the latest legal developments and trends in commercial litigation, applying this knowledge to your work.
