Radley James, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an established Commercial Litigation Partner to join its Boston practice. Lead complex matters from inception through resolution while growing a national client base.

You will collaborate across offices and practices to drive cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the Boston office with a high-performing, reputation-driven practice.

Qualifications

• Established Commercial Litigation Partner in the Boston market.
• Portable book of business typically in the $750K-$1M+ range.
• Historical working attorney collections approaching or exceeding $1M annually.
• Strong reputation and stable career progression.
• Experience independently leading complex commercial disputes.
• Comfortable operating within a collection-driven partner model.
