Overview

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to join its growing litigation practice. Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm
• $1 million portable book of business required
• Target of 1,800 billable hours annually (flexible approach)
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, or related litigation matters
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing book of litigation clients
• Serve as lead counsel on complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
