LeoForce seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to join as Associate, Counsel or Partner with a portable book of business of $200K+ in Massachusetts. You will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload, draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and appear at depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of civil litigation experience.
• Portable book of business of approximately $200,000 or more.
• Strong courtroom presence and experience handling matters independently.
• Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a thriving litigation practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining an independent practice.
