Atlantic Group in Chester County, PA seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its litigation and land use/zoning teams onsite. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicates clearly, and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities include drafting and filing documents, managing electronic filings, coordinating production, and assisting attorneys with trial prep and logistics. Minimum 4 years civil litigation experience and a paralegal certificate or degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of solid civil litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with business, land use, real estate heavily preferred.
• Paralegal certificate or degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management/e-filing software (Coyote and IManage preferred).

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
• Manage e-filing in state and federal courts with strict deadline compliance.
• Coordinate document production, organize exhibit indexes, manage electronic discovery, and log records/depositions.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines on the master calendar, schedule depositions or hearings.
• Assist attorneys with trial binders, witness prep, exhibit organization, and in-court logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, experts, and opposing counsel for updates.
