Job summary

Law Firms is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join a growing real estate law practice in San Diego. You will own matters and work closely with attorneys on complex disputes.

You will support attorneys through the full litigation lifecycle, handle discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial prep, and manage multiple matters with precision and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience; preferably in real estate litigation or complex civil litigation.
• Hands-on experience with Unlawful Detainer matters is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting attorneys through various stages of litigation.
• Experience with real estate disputes, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant matters, title disputes, and-or Unlawful Detainer litigation.
• Excellent organization, writing, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently prioritize a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from case initiation through resolution.
• Assist with discovery, document management, subpoenas, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal and factual research and help organize case-related information.
• Prepare and maintain litigation files, chronologies, exhibits, and case materials.
• Coordinate deadlines, hearings, depositions, and other litigation activities.
• Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $140,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
